At Stratified Learning, we believe that real change in education begins with how we see the world.
We help teachers think more deeply about their work — not by adding more tasks, but by providing frameworks that make sense of complexity.
Through our curriculum planners, professional learning, and AI companions, educators gain clarity, confidence, and language to navigate the challenges of modern teaching with philosophical integrity.
Our team has decades of experience in designing exceptional educational systems from Early Childhood through to University level, all firmly grounded in the philosophy of Critical Realism.
For us, Education is more than just content and compliance, it is the pursuit of truth, a way of understanding teaching that goes beyond surface outcomes to uncover the deeper forces shaping policy, practice and human growth.
Our approach blends rigorous scholarship with practical design. We create reflective frameworks and intelligent tools that support educators to teach boldly, think critically, and bring meaning back into their professional practice.
Stratified Learning helps teachers see beneath the surface of their classrooms: to recognize patterns, understand causes, and act with purpose.
This is education with depth - guided by philosophy, powered by experience, and designed for real-world impact.

Built on Values.
Designed for People.
A Critical Realist Worldview
Our Critical Realist Worldview is the integrated moral, cultural, and communicative foundation of all our products. It translates our ethical commitments into consistent tone, style, and behavioural logic, ensuring that every interaction—human or AI—reflects respect, relational accountability, and intellectual honesty.
At its core, the Critical Realist Worldview functions as both a moral compass and a design blueprint. It encodes the values that guide our decision-making—such as integrity, cultural humility, and a commitment to human flourishing—while also defining how those values are expressed linguistically and emotionally in our products. Every prompt, interface, and output is shaped by this framework to maintain coherence between what our systems say, what they imply, and what they stand for.
In practical terms, the Critical Realist Worldview aligns three critical layers:
-
Ethical Governance: the principles that define what we will and will not build or automate;
-
Voice and Style: the narrative tone and worldview through which our products communicate;
-
Pedagogical Integrity: the assurance that our outputs empower human judgment rather than replace it.
Together, these dimensions ensure that our technology does not merely function well but also behaves well—embodying the same moral intelligence we expect from the people who use it.
